FAQ
Pricing questions
Why do you price managed IT per device instead of per user?
Per-device pricing is simple to check: count your devices and use the price list. Shared computers with no single user are covered, and the bill changes when you add or retire equipment.
How are servers and network devices priced?
Physical servers are $250, virtual servers $125, NAS units $250 and network appliances $150 per month, on every plan. Only workstations change price by plan: $125 on Flame, $150 on Blaze and $175 on Inferno.
What is the difference between Flame, Blaze and Inferno?
Flame covers monitoring, unlimited remote support, patching and anti-virus. Blaze adds Wazuh SIEM security monitoring. Inferno adds Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing on every managed workstation.
Is there a setup fee?
We propose a one-time onboarding fee equal to one month of service. It covers the IT assessment, installing our monitoring and security tools, and documenting your systems.
Can I mix plans?
Most businesses choose one plan for all devices so every system has the same protection. If you have a special case, such as a lab machine, we can discuss it during your consultation.
